无限蓝与 Shark Savers 成为环保伙伴
无限蓝荣誉宣布我们与国际鲨鱼环保组织 Shark Savers 成为环保伙伴。Shark Savers 2007年由六个长期潜水员组成，他们的重点是教育并希望通过各种宣传活动和方案呼吁大众保护鲨鱼类。
从2010年10月1日开始，无限蓝将会把薄荷岛的一部分学费以及无限蓝精品潜水行程的一部分费用捐给 Shark Savers ，支持他们在中国、香港和台湾的宣传活动。我们也希望一起创造和发布中文的鲨鱼保护资料。
根据我们在亚洲的私人和商业交流，我们知道很多人已应为鱼翅残忍和不环保而选择绝食鱼翅。但是我们在各地潜水遇到的鲨鱼量持续地因为鱼翅食用量增加而减低。
身为顶级猎者动物，鲨鱼的海洋食物链不可缺少的一部分。鲨鱼数量的崩溃会导致生态不平衡，因此严重影响世界上直接靠海生存的两亿人口。
我们相信只有通过积极地宣传和教育才可以拯救鲨鱼类。潜水员是海洋的使者，我们拥有特别的能力替我们所爱的大海说话。为了保护世界最重要和同时最濒危的生物之一，我们必须马上行动。

Infinite Blue Diving is very proud to announce our partnership with international shark protection organisation, Shark Savers. Founded in 2007 by six long-time divers, Shark Savers is focused on education and awareness and they hope to move the masses to protect sharks through their range of campaigns and programmes.
From 1 October 2010, Infinite Blue Diving will donate a portion of all dive courses in Koh Tao and Bohol, as well as a portion of all Infinite Blue dive trips, to Shark Savers for their campaigns in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. We also hope to help develop and distribute more education materials in Mandarin.
Based on our personal and business experiences in Asia, we know that many people are aware that shark fin is a unsustainable and cruel dish and choose to reject it where possible. However, sightings of sharks at dive sites across Asia continue decrease every year as shark fin consumption by the masses increases.
As apex predators, sharks are an integral part of the marine food chain and the collapse of shark populations will have devastating effects on the balance of the ecosystem and in turn the 200 million people worldwide who rely on coastal resources for their survival.
We believe that only by actively campaigning for sharks will we be able to save them. As divers, we play very special roles as ambassadors of the ocean, and it is imperitive to act NOW in order to protect one of the most important yet endangered marine species.
